Stretching for Women
This project is designed for women who want to improve their physical fitness, enhance flexibility, and experience harmony of body and mind. Stretching sessions are held twice a week in a friendly and supportive atmosphere where every participant can feel comfortable and confident, regardless of their fitness level. We bring together women seeking to strengthen their health, relieve stress, and explore new possibilities for their bodies.
